Our Story

AuraByKade was born in 2013, inspired by the warmth, light, and magic of Diwali.

My name is Sheeba N. Tiwari, and my journey with candles began long before AuraByKade came to life. As a child, I would watch candles being lovingly handcrafted at home in preparation for Diwali celebrations. I remember being completely fascinated by the process — the gentle melting of wax, the careful pouring, and the quiet patience required to create something so simple, yet so beautiful.

What amazed me the most was how a small flame could transform an entire space. A single candle had the power to fill a room with warmth, calm, and a feeling of celebration.

Those early moments quietly planted a seed in my heart. What began as childhood curiosity slowly grew into a deep appreciation for candle-making and the art of creating with intention.

Years later, in 2013, that spark turned into a small personal Diwali project. I began crafting candles not just as decorative pieces, but as creations that carried meaning — something that could bring comfort, light, and positive energy into people’s homes. What started as a simple passion gradually evolved into AuraByKade.

Nearly a decade later, in 2022, my husband Navneet suggested something that beautifully connected the brand back to tradition — creating traditional Diwali diyas. His idea added a new dimension to AuraByKade, bringing the essence of age-old Diwali rituals into our handcrafted creations.

Today, every candle, ritual kit, diya, and handcrafted piece is made with the same care, intention, and mindfulness that first inspired me. I believe everyday moments deserve beauty and presence — whether it’s lighting a candle to unwind after a long day, creating a sacred ritual for yourself, or celebrating life’s special occasions.
